Hi, I am Emily Plantenberg

A central Minnesota based photographer and as I'm sure you've assumed, the creative mind behind Plantenberg Photography. Those who know me can attest to my claim as an artist, since I've had a life long passion for the visual arts. In college I went on to pursue my calling, explored many different mediums, and graduated with a Bachelor of Arts Degree from St. Cloud State University. Although I've always loved creating and curating visual art in a variety of fields, my career as a photographer blossomed when I became a mother to my two children. As a mama I know the feeling of urgency in capturing the fleeting stages and moments shared between you and your loved ones. Photographing those moments for others is a joy, and I am forever grateful and consider it an honor to be your photographer.
